Xfive is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to drive our brand to the next level.

Job Summary

As the Head of Marketing, you will lead our marketing department, develop and execute strategic marketing plans, and drive brand awareness in a highly competitive IT landscape. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in the IT sector and a strong ability to manage and inspire a team.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

  • Improving lead quality and conversion; active search for lead generation channels.

  • Managing and optimizing the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead-generation activities.

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, and optimize marketing initiatives.

  • Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.

  • Managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize results.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role within the IT industry, preferably with web development, product development, and digital agency experience.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of digital marketing methods in a B2B context, including inbound, outbound, content marketing, SEO, advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with defining ICP.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing successful data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level at least).
